Thank you so much for sharing your Veteran’s Day with us at Verona! A special thanks to Mr. Stumbaugh, Ms. Velten, Ms. Ogden, the Student Council, and the Band for all they did to make this a successful day!




If your Verona student rides bus 1 they will be delayed by at least 20 minutes. There is a train stopped across the tracks, and has the bus stopped. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause.
The Practical Living class will be selling these "church lady" style aprons for $10 each. This is the first one available (more colors coming soon). If you'd like a custom order please email Mrs. Neely at aneely@veronar7.net.

Mrs. Conaway's class received the October books from their reading sponsors!

Mrs. Shook and Mrs. Shanz's classes joined together this morning to make posters for our Veterans breakfast this Thursday. We have also been writing letters to active duty military members and a few of our students have received letters back already.




Mrs Phillips' 4th graders are learning about balanced and unbalanced forces. Today they did an egg drop experiment. Each student tried to drop an egg into a cup of water without touching the egg.




Mr. Chang’s Geometry Class and Mrs. Fenske’s First Grade packed Shoeboxes for Soldiers today!




Mrs. Fenske's and Mr. Chang's classes were working together to write letters to current members if the military as part of their community service project.
