Our "For the Kids" fundraiser was a big success! The 50/50 raffle drew $480 in ticket sales, half of which will go to help purchase Christmas gifts for area foster children. The winner of the cash portion will be announced here, as soon as they've been contacted. Thank you to all who contributed during the Verona High School Tip Off Tournament, as well as to the students who came out to help sell tickets !

Mrs. Phillips' 4th graders are learning about force and motion Today they made different size parachutes and tested them to see if the size affected the speed at which they fell. They determined that the larger ones fell slower.

If your Verona student rides bus 1 they will be delayed by at least 20 minutes. There is a train stopped across the tracks, and has the bus stopped. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause.
